I really enjoyed the game, but I think UC2 is going to be at another level. I anxious await both titles though.
"What about the children?! Won't somebody please think of the children!?"
Wait isn't this why there is rating system?
I'd just be happy if they said they were releasing a line of Sackboy plushies. It needs to be done! :D
Uh-huh...I'm sure Bioware appreciates your concern. /rolleyes
Having not read the article. I'm going to go with the answer- Nothing!
The Witcher? Anyone?
Me three! I sold my Fallout 3 copy and will buy the GOTY as well.
I think it might be fun to watch Megan Fox trying to do a British accent. The girl is hot, but not a very good actress. And she is a bit full of herself. Example- "I have a really badass personality. I'm smart and I can be really funny and interesting and I can go toe-to-toe with anybody in a conversation."
Hmmm...I wonder if most the people you hang out with are guys trying to get into your pants? I wonder if you were chubby and nerdy, if guys would find you all...
I've been reading your posts over the last couple of days and I'm truly disgusted! You opinions and statements seem to border on rationale and level-headed thinking. That type of mentality has no place on N4G. What did you do? Actually read the "Gamer Zone Posting Guidelines?"
You know that this L4D2 Enthusiasts group was created by PS3 fanboys to try and get into the good graces with Valve. /sarcasm
After reading and watching all of the claims from Turn Ten, I'm going to be greatly disappointed if Forza 3 doesn't return sight to the blind, make sick orphans well and raise the dead. I can really accept nothing less after all their boasting. :-)
It's been awhile since we've had a "Blu-ray is Doomed!!" article. I was beginning to worry.
A far as BR are too expensive arguement, you just need to shop around. Amazon has King Kong for $14.99. Toys R Us has Bug's Life for $19.99. Best Buy will have The Matrix for $14.99 next week. If you go into a store like Best Buy and just buy at whatever price they have then Yes you could be paying $27.99 for a BR movie. Be a smart consumer and you'll do just fine.
It's pricing out at $20.99 for me. :(
So we should blame the British then?
Well, as stated by many others, Valve will do whatever they want and L4D2 probably will sell just fine. The point of the petition is to show Valve that people aren't happy with their decision and feel the need to voice their displeasure. I don't understand the hostility toward the petitioners. Will it make a difference? Most likely no, but this is the beauty of freedom of speech. Why just be a lost sales number when you could tell the company directly why they lost your business?
...
Hmmm...this sounds suspiciously like a rational discussion. The kiddies must not be out of bed yet. Prepare for some yelling and screaming. ;)
Again, I see one side maturely stating their protest about how they feel about a sequel coming out too soon, etc. And the otherside raging and throwing a tantrum because the people for the boycott would dare question Valve and not want to buy an updated version of L4D less then a year after the original came out.
So which side is acting immature and throwing the hissy fit? At least people have stop using the PS3 fanboy argument.
Do you feel better now? Spoken like a true console fanboy. Clearly we can't have an adult conversation without people like you spewing the same old angry nonsense. Keep buying your Madden, Rockband/GH, and MLB/NBA games every year like a good little boy. The gaming companies banks on it. ;)
"who says that your L4D copy isn't pirated aswell? plus I don't really reeeeeeeeeaally give a damn about what you think :)"
On that same note, why do you think we give a damn what you think?
Yawn! I think I'll wait for the PC version in September and just spend my $15 on Fat Princess tomorrow. Heh sorry couldn't resist.
